Warehouse Specialist
This position in onsite working Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. It also involves a weekend on-call rotation that you will work once every 6 weeks.
As a Warehouse Specialist, you'll play a critical role in making sure the right part arrives at the right place. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly support our field engineers and help keep our customers' businesses up and running.

What you’ll be doing:
- Pick, pack, and ship parts with a high level of accuracy
- Receive incoming inventory and accurately put parts away in their assigned warehouse locations
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient distribution center
- Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Verify inventory accuracy by researching and resolving part discrepancies
- Support inbound and outbound inventory movement throughout the warehouse
- Coordinate freight shipments, including LTL pickups and deliveries
- Provide shipping support to internal departments, including our purchasing and field service teams
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience helping manage inventory as well as performing cycle counts, and/or coordinating shipments preferred
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for most of the workday including walking, bending, squatting, and reaching
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
