Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $40,000–$100,000+ per year (Weekly draw paid based on performance+ Bonuses and Commission-Based Options Available)
Job Summary
D- Wing Inc is looking for energetic, motivated, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Restoration Canvassers.
In this role, you'll connect with homeowners in areas affected by storm, hail, wind, water, or property damage. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads and schedule property inspections for our restoration specialists.
No restoration experience is required—we provide training and ongoing support. If you enjoy meeting people, working outdoors, and earning performance-based income, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door
- Identify potential property damage opportunities
- Educate homeowners about restoration services
- Set appointments for restoration inspections
- Track leads and appointments using company systems
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly lead-generation goals
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
QualificationsRequired:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to walk for extended periods
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Door-to-door sales experience
- Lead generation experience
- Customer service experience
- Restoration, roofing, solar, or home improvement experience
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
