The Marketing Coordinator provides essential support to the marketing team by managing marketing systems, coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, and supporting product, digital, and communications initiatives. This role ensures marketing data, assets, approvals, samples, and project details are accurately organized and delivered on time while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support successful product launches, brand initiatives, and sales efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain and update marketing systems and databases, including Line Plan management, NetSuite data entry, product dimension updates and notifications, and invoice processing
· Organize and maintain marketing documentation, including concept definitions, final marketing packages, social media and influencer content, and licensor updates
· Coordinate marketing approvals and submissions, including tracking social media posts, licensed collateral such as catalogs, and managing requests for sales imagery, renderings, trade show materials, and product coordination
· Support sample logistics by coordinating PR, influencer, and social media shipments, as well assisting retail operations with sample requests from sales
· Assist with photo shoot planning and execution by developing shot lists, supporting on-site coordination (including child talent as needed), managing supplies, and ensuring proper return of products to R&D, sample rooms, or marketing inventory
· Support marketing communications by helping prepare Line Review and turnover presentations, drafting internal memos, sharing social and licensor updates, distributing internal announcements, and assisting with copywriting, proofreading, and competitive research
· Provide digital marketing support by maintaining website content, monitoring and compiling customer reviews across major retail platforms (Amazon, Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club, etc.), supporting social listening efforts, and managing digital asset requests and uploads for e-commerce platforms
· Coordinate structural and packaging design efforts by working with external partners on packaging structure direction and supporting pallet program design and configuration
QUALIFICATIONS
● 1–3 years of experience in an administrative support, marketing, product development, or data entry role; consumer products industry experience preferred
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
● Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record management
● Excellent organizational, time management, and file management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain digital assets and shared drive systems
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
● Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners
● Ability to support both administrative and hands-on marketing activities, including sample coordination, photo shoot support, and marketing logistics
● Basic understanding of product development, marketing workflows, or consumer goods processes preferred
● Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus
