Industrial Multicraft Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 rotation) – Night Shift availability
About the Role
We have night shift availability for an experienced Industrial Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our team in Jeffersonville, IN.
This position requires a hands-on professional with strong skills in electrical, mechanical, and boiler system troubleshooting and repair. You’ll work in a high-demand manufacturing environment focused on equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement.
Experience in a corrugating or paper plant is a major plus, but not required for the right candidate with solid industrial experience.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and boiler systems
- Perform maintenance on motors, drives, control systems, and power distribution
- Inspect and service boilers and steam systems (controls, safety devices, and operation)
- Diagnose and repair issues with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components
- Run conduit, pull wire, and install electrical components per NEC standards
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals for troubleshooting and repair
- Lead or assist in projects, upgrades, and equipment installations
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance work
- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or multicraft technician roles
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and boiler systems
- Strong knowledge of motor controls, AC/DC drives, and automation components
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical assemblies
- Boiler and steam system experience required (maintenance, monitoring, or repair)
- Familiarity with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley or Siemens preferred; programming not required)
- Able to lead projects and work independently with minimal supervision
- Welding, fabrication, and plumbing experience a plus
- Corrugator or paper industry background highly preferred
- Technical schooling, certification, or journeyman license strongly preferred
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
Schedule
- Night Shift (12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule)
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on production needs
