POSITION AVAILABILTY CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
The Deputy Project Manager supports the Project Manager in directing, managing, and administering the accomplishment of all tasks required under the CACTUS Base IDIQ at Camp Stanley Storage Activity (CSSA). Task areas include Preventative Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (PITM) paired with Emergency Repairs and Remedial Services (ER&RS), which together support a range of building systems and infrastructure. These supported areas include Non-Residential Electrical Power, Non-Residential HVAC, Natural Gas Service, Non-Residential Landscaping/Tree Service/Pest Control, Life Safety and Security Systems and Equipment, Domestic Water and Wastewater, Predator Control Services, Stormwater and Civil Services, Range Management, and Residential and Common Areas. The DPM provides first-line supervision of operations, maintenance, and repair work and assumes program management responsibilities in support of, or in the absence of, the Project Manager to ensure continuity of routine service and emergency response.

A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience (within the past 7 years) as a first-line supervisor directing personnel responsible for the accomplishment of similar operations, maintenance, and repair work of equal or greater complexity, and for buildings of similar size and characteristics to those located at the CSSA facility.

30-hour OSHA certification.

Experience with preventive maintenance management for all infrastructure and systems existing at CSSA, including (but not limited to) all applicable Divisions/Standards outlined in the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS).

USG SECRET Clearance at time of award.

Provide first-line supervision of personnel performing operations, maintenance, and repair work across assigned Task Orders.

Support the PM in directing, managing, and administering all tasks required by the SOW and Task Order SOWs.

Assist with coordination and scheduling of work to prevent interference with normal USG operations.

Support progress meetings, quality control review, and timely submission of required deliverables (CDRLs).

Support preventive maintenance management across all CSSA infrastructure and systems in accordance with UFC, UFGS, and manufacturer standards.

Help ensure compliance with safety, security, and access-control requirements for all contractor and subcontractor personnel.

Maintain readiness to support emergency response, including the contractor’s requirement to respond on site within one hour of emergency calls.

Work is performed on site at CSSA, an active, controlled-access military installation with operational and security restrictions.

Position requires favorable USG adjudication of criminal history and compliance with REAL ID Act identification requirements for installation access.
