At Charlie’s Lashes, we’re more than a lash and brow studio—we’re a luxury beauty experience. Our clients trust us for life’s biggest moments, and we’re looking for someone who will become the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations.
This isn’t a typical receptionist position.
You’ll be the person keeping our studio running smoothly, supporting our talented team of stylists, creating incredible client experiences, and helping grow our business every day.
What You’ll Do
You’ll become the communication hub of our studio by:
- Creating an exceptional experience for every client from the first phone call to checkout
- Managing our Boulevard scheduling system and ensuring appointments are booked correctly
- Reviewing schedules daily to maximize stylist productivity
- Following up with new clients to make sure they loved their experience
- Reaching out to clients who are overdue for appointments
- Responding to leads and converting inquiries into booked appointments
- Helping clients understand our services, memberships, packages, and aftercare
- Encouraging Google Reviews and celebrating client success stories
- Supporting our team of stylists so they can focus on delivering incredible services
- Identifying scheduling issues before they become problems
- Communicating with clients professionally through phone, text, email, and social media
- Keeping detailed client notes and helping us deliver personalized service
- Looking for ways to improve our systems and help the business continue to grow

Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, salons, medical aesthetics, hotels, or customer service is a huge plus.
