We specialize in blueprint printing, large format documents, scanning, and document management for construction professionals, architects, engineers, and businesses. We are part of the Rapid Blueprint family — a multi-location reprographics company with over 25 years of combined experience serving Florida's construction and architecture industries.
We are growing our team and looking for a motivated Print Shop Operator who takes pride in their work and enjoys serving customers in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Operate large format print equipment to produce blueprints, plan sets, and technical documents
Process customer orders accurately — verify file specifications, sizes, quantities, and finishing requirements
Scan, name, organize, and store drawings and documents with precision
Greet customers at the counter and provide professional, friendly service
Handle invoicing and process payments using QuickBooks
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
Maintain equipment and keep the shop clean and organized
Meet same-day turnaround commitments
What We Are Looking For
Prior experience in a print shop, copy center, or reprographics environment is a plus — not required
QuickBooks or accounting software experience is helpful
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work
Positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn — we will train the right person
Strong communication skills — comfortable with customers, phone, and email
