We are seeking a Designer I to join our marketing team, responsible for providing creative advice for small, less complex marketing communication projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career graphic designer looking to grow within a dynamic environment, with direct exposure to the development of Medicare Advantage promotional and regulatory materials.
Primary Duties
- Assist in developing consistent creative ideas and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate with all areas of marketing to ensure a consistent message.
- Originate design layout.
- Create customized PC-based templates to serve as guidelines for future projects.
- Use graphic design software applications to produce printed/digital sales and marketing communications, including collateral materials, multimedia solutions, and/or interactive experiences.
- Support business initiatives and process improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the design and development of Medicare Advantage promotional and regulatory materials.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience, or an approved Marketing internship.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in graphic design software strongly preferred (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Expertise in the design and development of Medicare Advantage promotional and regulatory materials is a strong plus.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)
