What You'll Do
As a Prosthetic Technician, you'll fabricate and assemble custom prosthetic devices for both internal and external customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities include:

Operate Omega Carvers and other fabrication equipment

Fabricate prosthetic components including check sockets, laminations, foam covers, and pelite liners

Complete customer orders from start to finish while meeting quality and production expectations

Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and fabrication procedures

Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met

Perform routine equipment maintenance and help maintain inventory of materials

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all company safety policies and departmental procedures

Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and supervisors to continuously improve processes and product quality
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
-
Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
-
Ability to prioritize work and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely handle molds, equipment, and materials
