Our med spa services include Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, microneedling and medical weight loss programs.
Job Summary:
Aurspa, a premier Med Spa + Day Spa, is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is results-driven, passionate about advanced skincare, and confident in creating customized treatment plans for clients.
This position is part-time and requires evening and weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced facial treatments including Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, and Laser services
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and recommend appropriate services and home-care products
- Confidently sell skincare products, packages, and memberships to support client goals and spa growth
- Maintain knowledge of ZO Skin Health products and other medical-grade skincare lines (preferred)
- Collaborate effectively with the Nurse Practitioner and other team members, while also thriving in solo treatment settings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Deliver a high level of customer service aligned with Aurspa’s luxury brand experience
Requirements:
- Current Florida Aesthetician License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a med spa or dermatology setting
- Proficient in Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, and chemical peel techniques
- Experience with microneedling and lasers strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and maintain strong client retention
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
