Key Responsibilities
Consult with members to identify their specific coverage needs and recommend personalized auto insurance solutions.
Convert company-provided opportunities into bound policies using our CRM and sales technology.
Conduct policy reviews to uncover cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities.
Deliver an exceptional member experience from initial conversation through policy execution.
Partner with internal Marketing, Member Services, and Enrollment teams to maximize every opportunity.
Qualifications
Required:
Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License.
1+ years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, sales, or contact center environments.
Strong relationship-building and verbal/written communication skills.
Tech-savvy with comfort using sales CRM platforms and multi-line communication systems.
Preferred:
Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License.
Auto or Home insurance sales experience.
Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish (Highly desired in the Orlando market).
