As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you'll work with existing members to help them find insurance solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Consulting with members to understand their insurance needs
- Recommending personalized auto insurance solutions
- Converting company-generated opportunities into new insurance policies
- Conducting insurance reviews to identify additional coverage opportunities
- Educating members on products, coverages, and available options
- Building long-term relationships by delivering an outstanding member experience
- Managing follow-up activities through our CRM system
- Consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales goals
- Collaborating with Marketing, Member Services, and Enrollment teams to maximize every opportunity

- Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License
- One (1) or more years of experience in insurance, sales, banking, financial services, retail sales, or a contact center environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
- Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License
- Auto or Home Insurance sales experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in a high-volume inside sales environment
