The particular service area that this position foresees is in Lynchburg, Gladys, Brookneal, and southern Campbell county, as well as other nearby locations.
Job Description:
- provides necessary supervision, comprehensive evaluation, and treatment of Home Health patients
- patient's needs shall be monitored ongoing and actions/reports completed as necessitated
- promotes and ensures the improved outcomes of the patient’s clinical condition
- provides supervision of LPNs and CNAs that assist in the patient's care
- maintains the statistical expectations and staffing patterns as set forth by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- All applicants must possess an RN license to work in the state of Virginia and CPR certified
- Home Health experience is preferred, but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation. Daily travel is required within the service area
