TRAINEES - TEAM/CREW MEMBERS – CERTIFIED TEAM TRAINERS
All Team/Crew Members begin as trainees and will train in various positions in Front of House and Back of House and have the ability to fill in at any position. After training, your manager will place you in a more defined position that best suits your skills and abilities as well as the needs of the restaurant daily. At the end of training (usually takes 30 days) the Trainee must be able to pass the employee test to become a team member!
Various positions within Front of House and Back of House are cashier/runner, drive-thru, and expo (expeditor), cook, QB, SSW as determined by management.
Certified Team Trainers will be chosen by management for their exceptional ability and their eagerness to help the company succeed. Team Trainers will be responsible for helping, encouraging, and training our new Trainees as they learn the new positions within the restaurant.
All positions inside the restaurant will come with appropriate compensation and responsibilities. When you are ready to continue to climb the Ladder of Success feel free to reach out to your General Manager or District Manager! We grow as you grow!
Requirements and Competencies:
- High energy with a strong work ethic

- Ability to handle pressure during peak times (lunch and dinner)
- Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions consistently to ensure Slim Chickens Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP) is always being followed identically.
