We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to join our Construction/Roofing team. This role will be focused on driving sales and cultivating long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Execute proven sales strategies to consistently meet or surpass sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial deals
- Participate in weekly meetings to review sales data, identify trends, and explore growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the General Sales Manager and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and product/service delivery
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required – we offer comprehensive training
- Strong negotiation abilities to close profitable deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Ability to assess client needs and adapt sales approaches accordingly
- Familiarity with sales technology tools (CRM systems, email, etc.)
