Must-have requirements for 1st shift Compounding Control Admin
- Do you have experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for inventory management, receiving, production, or documentation?
- Do you have experience using Microsoft Excel and performing data entry in a professional setting?
- Have you worked with inventory control, bulk inventory management, or inventory reconciliation processes?
- Do you have experience reviewing, verifying, or maintaining quality, production, or compliance documentation?
- Have you worked in a role that required communication and coordination between multiple departments to ensure accurate processes and documentation?
Role for 1st shift Compounding Control Admin
- Oversee transfer documentation from mixing tanks to storage totes and coordinate approvals with the quality assurance lab.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain bulk weight records using the company Enterprise Resource Planning system.
- Manage tote inventory and process inventory receipts for raw materials such as alcohol and glycerin.
- Verify transfer sheets on totes to ensure full compliance and identify gaps in existing documentation processes.
- Assist with bulk inventory management and coordinate bulk retest submissions.
