We are currently seeking a dynamic, sales-focused Assistant Manager for our Village Outfitters location in Peddler’s Village. Village Outfitters has been a part of the Peddler’s Village community for more than 10 years.
Our store specialize in women’s and mens active lifestyle apparel ,including active wear, outdoor gear and cold weather accessories, and we are looking for someone who enjoys creating a fun, welcoming shopping experience and building lasting relationships with our guests.

Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will help lead the store team while ensuring our guests receive the exceptional service we are known for. Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong guest relationships
- Driving sales and helping the team achieve store goals
- Participating in store events, promotions, and special activities
- Modeling and demonstrating products for guests
- Maintaining high standards for store cleanliness, organization, folding, and visual presentation
- Auditing store standards and ensuring the sales floor is always guest-ready
- Ensuring store policies and procedures support a positive customer experience
- Supporting and motivating team members
- Assisting with daily store operations and leadership responsibilities
