Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Managers to oversee the daily operations of our establishments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests while maintaining operational efficiency.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Train and develop staff in areas such as customer service, food handling, and kitchen management.
- Utilize POS systems for cash handling and sales tracking.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.
- Implement effective shift management practices to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed to maintain staffing levels.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- One year experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in inventory control, budgeting, and financial management within a restaurant setting.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in training & development of staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
