Responsibilities: 1850 N MINNESOTA AVE BROWNSVILLE, TX 78521
- Perform concrete pouring, leveling, and finishing tasks
- Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion on time
Experience:
- Previous experience in concrete work or construction is preferred
- Familiarity with construction equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Knowledge of supervising and managing construction crew
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members
