Flayva & Bun is seeking friendly, dependable, and hardworking Front Counter Team Members to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling payments, preparing drinks, packaging orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
We are looking for team members who are positive, reliable, and willing to help wherever needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Answer customer questions and make menu recommendations
- Prepare beverages and package food orders
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, front counter, beverage station, and guest areas
- Clean and stock restrooms throughout the shift
- Bus and clean tables as needed
- Sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning duties
- Take out trash and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness
- Restock supplies, cups, lids, napkins, and condiments
- Complete opening, shift, and closing side work assignments
- Follow company policies, food safety, and
- sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
