Job Summary

Duties
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process to meet production targets efficiently and safely
- Lead, motivate, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and implementing preventative maintenance schedules
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data for continuous improvement, and implement process enhancements
- Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct safety training sessions, and ensure heavy lifting procedures are followed correctly
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold product quality standards and address any deviations promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing management or production supervision within a fast-paced environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and heavy lifting procedures
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and maintaining compliance in manufacturing processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including heavy lifting when necessary
