Position Overview
Jade Drug Company is seeking a motivated Sales & Merchandising Representative to support multiple retail locations throughout the Greater Portland area. This role is responsible for ensuring products are properly stocked, organized, and merchandised while building strong relationships with store teams and identifying opportunities to maximize sales.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain shelves and displays to ensure products are fully stocked, clean, and properly merchandised
- Place and manage store orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff
- Implement promotional programs, displays, and merchandising strategies
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to grow product sales
- Ensure brand standards and visual consistency across multiple locations
- Conduct regular store visits to condition shelves, clean display fixtures, and maintain product presentation
- Provide excellent customer and store support while representing Jade Drug Company
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or field sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple store locations and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Reliable transportation for travel between store locations
