The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operations of Anthony’s Seafood. This role ensures exceptional customer experiences, high-quality food service, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance. The General Manager provides strategic direction while leading and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced seafood restaurant environment.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service

Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to control costs
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain staff across all departments

Create schedules and manage labor costs effectively

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times

Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

- 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (seafood or high-volume dining preferred)
