Must have at least 3 years shipping and receiving management in machine shop
Shipping and receiving manager logs in shipping information and quantity for parts coming in and going out to and from outside vendors.
Counts parts and checks for any damage.
Keeps record of parts going in and out and logging in on computer.
Ordering material, such as boxes, computer ink, and needed office and shop supplies
Clean parts with approved cleaning system. IE high pressure wash, clean, ultrasonic, bake.
Package parts in VCI bags and protect to prevent damage.
Part mark parts with Chem Etch machine with part and serial number.
Ship parts to customer using UPS software and labels.
Operate forklift and drive work truck to deliver and pick up parts
Dumping 55 gal chip barrels into 4 x 4 containers.
Maintaining clean work environment.
Maintaining log books for parts in grind dept., deburr dept., outside process, on hold, or in storage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
