Front Desk Agent
Pay: $13 - $14 per hour

The Home2 Suites by Hilton Youngstown is looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team! If you enjoy creating a welcoming experience, solving problems with a smile, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
Position Details:
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM
- Availability: Full-time, Part-time

Daily Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out with efficiency and care
- Handle phone calls and make reservations
- Manage credit card and cash transactions
- Provide directions and local recommendations
- Communicate effectively with all hotel departments
- Follow daily checklists and standard procedures
- Assist guests with any needs or concerns promptly and professionally
