Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily caregiver schedules and fill open shifts efficiently
- Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and office staff regarding assignments
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and support general office operations
- Maintain accurate documentation for timesheets, client records, and schedules
- Support payroll and billing processes by verifying shift records
- Assist with caregiver onboarding, orientation scheduling, and compliance tracking
What We're Looking For:
- Associate’s degree a plus
- 1+ year of office, scheduling, or healthcare support experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Professional, courteous, and team-oriented attitude
