Job Summary

Duties
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing procedures
- Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and maintain organized storage areas to optimize warehouse layout and accessibility
- Use basic math skills to count stock, verify quantities, and perform inventory adjustments within MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods while adhering to safety protocols
- Support e-commerce order fulfillment by accurately selecting items for online orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment
- Assist with packaging products securely for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer expectations
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities including shipping & receiving logs, inventory counts, and incident reports
- Follow safety guidelines diligently while operating equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is a plus
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar material handling equipment is desirable
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or equivalent ERP platforms is advantageous
- Experience in order fulfillment processes including picking & packing in an e-commerce setting is beneficial
- Basic math skills necessary for inventory counting and data entry tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards
