Distribution and Receiving Clerk at Ahola
The Distribution and Receiving Clerk logs all pick-up paycheck packages and distributes to authorized personnel. Assembles documents and payroll packages for shipment, receives materials and supplies for the company and keeps printing equipment and materials readily available and in working condition.
What You'll Do as DistributionReceiving Clerk at Ahola

Records client payroll shipment data into Ahola's dedicated distribution tracking system.

Performs special envelope process for client's payroll checks requests (ex. special packaging needs).

Collaborates with processors to ensure payroll packets contain necessary/required information.

Assist with maintaining 401K files for clients.

Keeps track of all printing and shipping inventory and supplies.

Responsible for determining, fixing and recording postage to packages.
-
Packs, prepares paperwork and records special package data for couriers.

Responsible for operating and light maintenance check stuffing/sealing equipment.

Receives materials for the company and unpacks distribution department materials.

Responsible for the confidentiality of every Ahola clients' payroll information.

Adheres to company security guidelines.

Attends company provided training sessions.

Attends additional internal training and educational seminars and meetings assigned.

Other job Duties as assigned.
The Experience You'll Need
-
High School diploma or GED
-
0-1 year of experience in the customer service, distribution or related area.
-
Must to be able bend, lift and carry up to 45-50 lbs.
-
Has working knowledge of Print Manager System and the ability to initiate and conclude process if necessary.

Basic computer skills to include basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Technical phone skills (use of voicemail, transfers, conference calls)
