About the Role
We’re hiring a Commercial Kitchen Oil Technician to join our Cincinnati team! This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and reliability.
In this mobile, route-based position, you will service commercial kitchens throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area and Northern Kentucky area, performing fryer oil management, oil filtration, and equipment cleaning using specialized tools and a company vehicle.
If you enjoy early mornings, hands-on work, independence, and interacting with customers, this role provides a stable entry point with room to grow.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

Must live in either the Greater Cincinnati Area OR Northern Kentucky (e.g., Covington, Newport, Florence, Erlanger, and surrounding communities)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Reliable, independent, and able to manage a route

Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools

Willing to work early mornings (3:00 AM start time)

Physically capable — able to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs

Solid problem-solving skills and steady under pressure

Works well with a variety of customers and coworkers

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Smartphone required (for company applications)

High school diploma or GED

Must pass a drug screen and background check
