We are seeking part-time Research Analysts to support our team. The Research Analyst provides administrative support to Principals, Brokers and Associates, often handling details of a confidential nature and is responsible for prioritizing projects to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, tam-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Track, gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into project specific deliverables, valuation models and client deliverables
Assist in all facets of the marketing/transaction management cycle and assist with analysis of new opportunities generated through business development
Review and abstract lease documents, legal documents and other materials as part of project due diligence process
