Now Hiring: Chair & Dance Fitness Instructor
Guiding Fitness is looking for a fun, energetic, and engaging instructor to lead chair and dance fitness classes at a 55+ active-adult community in Elk Grove.
Location: Elk Grove, CA
Schedule: Two days per week - flexible scheduling
Class focus: Chair dance fitness and group dance fitness
We're looking for someone who:
- Brings a big, positive personality and plenty of energy
- Loves interacting with, encouraging, and motivating members
- Has experience teaching chair fitness, dance fitness, or group exercise
- Can safely adapt movements for active adults ages 55+
- Creates an upbeat, welcoming, and inclusive environment
- Selects fun, appropriate music that appeals to the community
All group fitness and dance certifications and styles are encouraged to apply. We're open to instructors from different backgrounds who can bring their own creativity and personality to the class.
