About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled, versatile Renovations & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This isn’t a "stand in one spot" assembly line job. One day you might be installing a custom tile backsplash or framing a closet, and the next you’ll be troubleshooting an irrigation leak or swapping out a light fixture.
You are the person who walks onto a job site, sees a problem, and says, "I’ve got the tool for that."
What You’ll Be Doing:
-
General Carpentry: Trim work, baseboards, door hanging, and light framing.
-
Drywall & Paint: Professional-grade patching, sanding, and finishing (we aim for "invisible" repairs).
-
Plumbing/Electrical Light Work: Swapping faucets, repairing toilets, changing outlets, and basic troubleshooting.
-
Specialty Repairs: Minor masonry, deck repairs, and basic irrigation/exterior maintenance.
-
Job Management: Estimating materials needed for a task and keeping a clean, organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
-
The "Swiss Army Knife" Skillset: At least 2 years of experience in residential remodeling or professional handyman services.
-
Tool Savvy: You own your basic hand/power tools and know how to use them safely and efficiently.
-
The "Finish" Eye: You don't just get it done; you get it done so it looks original to the house.
-
Reliability: You show up when you say you will, with a clean appearance and a professional attitude.
-
Driver’s License: A valid license and a reliable vehicle (Truck/Van preferred).
Why Work With Us?
-
Variety: No two days are the same. You won't get bored.
-
Autonomy: We trust our techs. Once you prove your skills, we give you the space to manage your tasks.
-
Steady Work: We have a consistent pipeline of residential and commercial clients.
