Twin City Staffing is hiring a general labor associate for a manufacturing facility in Lino Lakes, MN. This second-shift opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and working in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Lino Lakes, MN
Wage: $19.00/hr.
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 4:30 PM – 4:30 AM | Monday – Thursday
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the general labor associate:
- Assist with building and assembly projects
- Use hand and power tools in a production setting
- Measure and position materials accurately
- Follow production schedules and safety guidelines
- Maintain strict quality standards throughout the shift
Requirements of the general labor associate:
- Use basic hand tools and read a tape measure
- Previous manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience (a plus)
- Comfortable standing and working throughout a 12-hour shift
- Willingness to learn new production techniques and work as a team
- Dress Code: Work boots or safety shoes required (Safety gear provided onsite)
- Required Personal Tools: Tape measure, utility knife, and hammer
