NeuroPsych Wellness Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to join our growing outpatient practice in Northern Virginia. We offer a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment, along with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.
Position Overview
We are looking for a licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience in psychological and neuropsychological testing for children and adolescents. This role focuses on diagnostic clarification and cognitive/behavioral assessment, with support from an established multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents, including:

ADHD
-
Learning disorders
-
Autism spectrum disorders
-
Anxiety and mood disorders
-
Behavioral and emotional concerns
-
Provide clear, timely, and clinically useful testing reports
-
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists

Participate in a well-established testing program alongside a Director of Services, postdoctoral fellows, and advanced externs

Complete documentation and billing in a timely manner

Coordinate care and referrals with community providers as needed
Practice Environment

Established outpatient group practice with 30+ clinicians
-
Multidisciplinary care model including:
-
Medication management (Psychiatrists, NPs, PAs)
-
Psychotherapy (licensed therapists)
-
Psychological testing services
-
Interventional treatments (TMS, Spravato)
-
Strong referral base from local providers and community networks
-
Current testing program primarily serves ages 16 and above, with expansion to younger populations
Qualifications
-
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
-
Licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist in Virginia

Experience conducting psychological testing for children and adolescents preferred

Must be ADOS certified

Minimum 1 year experience in:

Intake evaluations

Outpatient mental health setting

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $95,000 – $110,000
