As the Cannabis IPM/Machine Tech you’ll be the bridge between plant health and production efficiency —part-time leading integrated pest management (scouting, monitoring, beneficial bug releases, and room sprays) while aiding the post-harvest team by running trimming machinery part-time as well. You’ll ensure clean, compliant operations through daily inspections, SOP-driven treatments, equipment calibration and preventative maintenance, accurate recordkeeping, and collaboration with cultivation and processing teams to maximize yield quality and uptime.
