This is a role for someone who:

Can confidently support property operations, leasing, and resident relations

What You'll Do
-
Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy.
-
Coordinate apartment turns with a goal of five days or less.
-
Collect, post, and deposit rent payments accurately.
-
Complete resident certifications and maintain affordable housing compliance.

Conduct file audits and property inspections.
-
Partner with maintenance to ensure timely work order completion.

Serve as acting Property Manager when needed.

Build positive relationships with residents while resolving concerns professionally.

Help create a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained community.

High school diploma or GED.
-
5+ years of property management experience.
-
Experience with affordable housing programs including HUD, LIHTC (Tax Credit), Rural Development (RD), or Section 8.
-
Strong leasing, customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
