As a Regional Sales Representative, you'll help grow our business by working alongside distributor partners, developing customer relationships, and delivering consultative sales solutions that make a measurable difference for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory through distributor partnerships.
- Train, coach, and motivate distributor sales representatives to increase sales performance.
- Conduct joint sales calls, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in schools, universities, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, and other institutional accounts.
- Deliver Buckeye's consultative sales process and communicate the value of our products and programs.
- Become the trusted product expert and sales resource for distributors and customers.
- Complete Buckeye's comprehensive training program at our headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Two or more years of B2B outside sales or territory management experience (military veterans encouraged to apply; experience requirement may be waived).
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to coach, train, and influence others.
