Full-Time NOC LVN – Skilled Nursing
LVN: $40–$45/hr
Auburn Oaks is a 99-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in the heart of Auburn, CA, caring for both short-term and long-term residents. We’re looking for a full-time NOC shift LVN who’s steady, dependable, and confident running a cart at night. If you’re the type who thrives when things are calm or chaotic, and you like being part of a team that actually supports one another, you’ll fit in here.
What you’ll handle:
- Medication administration with accuracy and confidence
- Resident assessments and timely clinical documentation
- Teaching, coaching, and supporting CNAs and fellow nurses
- Monitoring observations, changes of condition, and events
- Clear, consistent reporting to the ADON & DON
- Other clinical duties as assigned—no surprises, just standard SNF work
