Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and buffing various flooring types to preserve their appearance and longevity
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure effective sanitation while adhering to safety protocols
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
- Assist with outdoor work when necessary, including cleaning patios or outdoor furniture to uphold overall property cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles, with knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with floor care methods, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies when needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
