Anderson Therapy Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist OR Speech Language Pathologist - Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and feeding disorders. Your expertise will help clients communicate to their fullest communicative potential through personalized therapy plans. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and feeding evaluations for pediatric clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and family priorities.
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to children with a variety of communication disorders.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment goals and strategies as needed.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and plan-of-care updates.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child's carryover and success.
- Maintain compliance with clinic policies and HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain professional licensure and complete continuing education requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and clinic development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current Indiana SLP license or Indiana SLPA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP applicants) OR Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology (SLPA applicants)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - (SLP applicants)
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations is highly preferred
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
