Danho Law Group, APC is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Woodland Hills office on a part-time basis. We are looking for a seasoned plaintiff-side personal injury professional who can independently manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement, take ownership of file progression, and proactively identify what is needed to move cases toward resolution.
Our practice emphasizes quality case management, individualized client service, and thoughtful case development rather than high-volume file handling. This position is well suited for an experienced case manager who values autonomy, direct attorney collaboration, and a manageable caseload.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage personal injury matters from intake through settlement
- Investigate and evaluate liability, insurance coverage, damages, and case value
- Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment
- Handle property damage issues and insurance communications
- Obtain and review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
- Prepare comprehensive settlement demands
- Communicate and negotiate directly with insurance adjusters
- Maintain regular and professional communication with clients
- Track statutes of limitation, deadlines, and critical case milestones
- Identify matters requiring attorney review, escalation, or litigation
- Assist with liens, reductions, settlement documentation, and case resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate case information in Filevine
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury case management experience required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong working knowledge of Filevine required
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases from intake through settlement
- Strong knowledge of California personal injury claims and insurance procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong judgment, initiative, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to proactively move files forward with minimal supervision
Experience handling significant-injury matters, including surgical cases, UM/UIM claims, premises liability, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and policy-limit claims, is strongly preferred.
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20–30 hours per week. We are open to discussing a flexible weekday schedule with the right candidate.
Compensation: $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
