Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, mulitasking. The Office Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing office procedures, and ensuring a productive work environment. We are a jewelry wholesale company, therefore we do not have any walk ins into our office. Office manager, will be in charge to answer phone calls, emails, and a lot of support and training will be given using the POS system. Additionally, we will also provide you with a computer.
Must have background in B2B setting and preferably jewelry background.
Candidate needs to be familiar with MS Office, Dropbox, Podio, and a jewelry POS system. Further training will be provided for these software's.
Ideal candidate will have B2B knowledge, and have prior understandings of how a wholesale business operates and processes. Preferably someone with background and knowledge in PO, Invoices, AR, Customer and order management.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming phone calls and email
- Ensure customer order are meeting deadline
- Assist customers with any needs
- Admin support through out the office
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails
- Mange in take of sales orders, and sales quote
- Complete the full cycle in POS system- PO, Invoices, AR
- Maintain filling system
- Act as point of contact for customers calling in or emailing in

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Hours are Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm, this is an in person opportunity. Candidate will undergo background check, financial check, and a drug test
