Job Description:
The Fulfillment Center (FC) Lead will play a hands-on role in our dynamic operation at Reno, NV. This individual will be a change agent who thrives on details, drives daily improvements, and fosters positive relationships with hourly Team Members!
Use tools including the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Chewy Labor Management System (CLMS), Tableau, and Smartsheet.
Internal candidates: Minimum of 3+ months of demonstrated informal leadership (e.g., peer mentoring, project ownership, or training others) in a high-performance setting. Must be in good standing with company.
Physical job requirements:
Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.

The hourly range for this role is $20.91 - $31.49.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
