Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with their purchases. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide park information and assist customers in finding the correct package
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Run Attractions following all protocols
- Answer the store phone and answer all customers questions
- Help costumers redeem tickets for prizes
Requirements:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
