We're looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same. You'll help support our team by:
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Responding to emails and following up on action items
- Organizing documents and maintaining files
- Assisting with data entry
- Ordering office supplies and keeping the office organized
- Coordinating meetings and preparing materials
- Helping with special projects as needed
- Providing general administrative support to leadership

- Friendly, professional, and positive
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Able to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous administrative or executive assistant experience
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Experience with project management or CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma required. Additional education is a bonus.
