Job Overview
We are seeking a Legal Intake Specialist for our busy Aventura law firm.
The candidate will be required to speak with potential clients for the firm and conduct the initial screening process to determine whether the case is worthy of sign up.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients (PNCs).
- Assess client needs and determine initial eligibility based on established criteria and legal guidelines.
- Manage and prioritize incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online forms with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule consultations between attorneys and prospective clients.
- Communicate with potential, current clients and medical providers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or familiarity with personal injury law is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
