About the Role
Luxe Brands is looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of global product launches, promotional programs, and sampling initiatives across our fast-growing beauty and fragrance portfolio.
This is a high-impact role at the center of the business—where speed to market, cross-functional alignment, and flawless execution directly shape brand success.
Reporting to the Director, Manufacturing & Engineering, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, fast-moving initiatives spanning product development, packaging, regulatory, and commercialization.
What You’ll Do
You will be the central driver of execution across multiple workstreams:
- Build and manage detailed project timelines, identifying critical paths to ensure on-time execution and shipment readiness
- Own end-to-end program timelines with suppliers, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and driving accountability
- Lead recurring cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders and maintain strong project momentum
- Coordinate execution across new product launches, reformulations, packaging updates, regulatory changes, and promotional initiatives
- Identify risks early and escalate with clear recommendations and action plans
- Develop and maintain cost of goods (COGS) tracking across active products
- Ensure milestones, approvals, and handoffs are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Strengthen collaboration across internal teams and external partners through clear communication and influence
- Implement tools, templates, and process improvements to enhance project efficiency and scalability
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5+ years of project management experience (Beauty, Fragrance, or CPG strongly preferred)
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization
- Strong understanding of product development, packaging, regulatory, supply chain, and marketing workflows
- Ability to build structure in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word (or similar tools)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear actions
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Authorized to work in the United States
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
