Join a world-leading packaging producer at their recently launched, high-tech Kenosha plant. This facility features advanced automation and is currently in a phase of rapid development, providing a prime opening for operators seeking to establish themselves early and advance as the site grows.
Given the ongoing expansion and projected internal leadership openings, this role is ideal for candidates who are reliable, possess mechanical aptitude, and have a strong desire to develop new skills.
Your Responsibilities-
Configure and run automated blow molding machinery to produce plastic industrial containers.

Oversee equipment output via digital control interfaces to ensure optimal performance.

Modify production variables and machine configurations to meet output requirements.

Conduct thorough quality assessments, including verifying product dimensions and wall thickness.

Help ensure high product standards by removing and trimming excess material from finished goods.

Support continuous production by managing material flow and restocking necessary supplies.

Address minor equipment malfunctions and report significant technical issues to management.

Help maintain a safe and orderly workspace for the entire production team.
Required Qualifications-
Minimum of two years of experience operating machinery within a production setting.

Background in plastic manufacturing is highly desirable, specifically in blow molding, injection molding, thermoforming, extrusion, or high-speed automated plastics.

Proficiency in navigating computerized production systems and control panels.

Knowledge of automated systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and thermal regulation.

Strong commitment to precision and maintaining high-quality standards.

Dependable professional approach and an eagerness to acquire new technical knowledge.
Work Schedule
Initial Onboarding (2–6 Weeks)
Applicants need to be available for either of the following initial schedules:

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Permanent Assignment
Following the onboarding phase, staff will transition to one of these permanent shifts:

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
