KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership and direction to custodial staff during assigned shift
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, bathrooms, offices,
- hallways, and common areas
- Take out trash and recycling; replace liners
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform floor care
- Monitor building systems and report maintenance concerns
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness
- Coordinate event setups and breakdowns
- Maintain inventories of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure building security and respond to facility-related issues
REQUIREMENT:
All applicants must have a NJ Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator License.
