As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living Carthage, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents and their families.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care in accordance with established policies and procedures
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and wound care as needed
Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team
Provide education and support to residents and their families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri
Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
