Duties
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and handle check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff
- Assist guests with special requests, resolve issues promptly, and uphold high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Support front desk operations by handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries in multiple languages as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle guest relations with tact and positivity
- Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail and security standards

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
